How to make espresso.

Step 1:Unscrew the espresso maker and remove the metal filter cup from the bottom half.

  Step 2: Pour ice cold water into the bottom of the espresso maker up to the bolt located on the inside.

 Step 3:Tamp the metal filter cup very tightly with "CAFE LA LLAVE ESPRESSO" leveling it off at the top.

  Step 4: Position the metal filter cup back into the bottom half.

  Step 5: Screw the espresso maker together and place on a hot burner.

 Step 6: Take a empty cup pour 3 to 4 teaspoons of sugar.

Step 7:  As the first trickles of coffee percolate, pour enough to moisten the sugar in the cup.

Step 8: Vigorously mix the moistened sugar and coffee until it becomes a light paste. Place back the espresso maker on the heat.

 Step 9:Take the espresso maker off the heat once the top portion is about 3/4 of the way full. This will prevent it from burning or overflowing onto you stove.

Step 10:Once the coffee is done, pour it slowly into the cup while gently mixing it with the sugar paste. The sugar paste will create a foam once it is mixed with the rest of the coffee.

Step 11:Pour the coffee into demitasse cups
